TERMS OF SERVICE! - ToS

1. Payment
- Payment can be made either in two installments (50% upfront and 50% upon completion) or in full (100%) upfront.
- Work will only begin after confirmation of the initial payment.2. Revisions
- Revisions requested before the rendering stage are free of charge.
- Revisions requested after rendering has begun may incur additional fees, depending on the complexity of the changes.3. Cancellations and Refunds
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
- Cancellations and refunds are not allowed after payment confirmation, except in special circumstances evaluated by the artist.
- In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be proportional to the stage of progress of the artwork.
- Cancellations after completion of the artwork are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.4. Delivery Timeframe
- The delivery timeframe will be agreed upon in advance and will start counting from the confirmation of the initial payment and the receipt of all necessary references.
- The timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and the current queue of orders.
- The estimated delivery period is generally a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 30 days.5. Usage and Copyright
- The client receives personal-use rights for the commissioned artwork.
- Commercial use requires prior negotiation and an additional licensing fee.
- The additional fee for commercial use (such as book covers, merchandise, game art, etc.) is a fixed 40% of the original price.
- I retain full copyright ownership of the artwork and reserve the right to display it in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.6. Communication
- The client must respond within 3 days to approve sketches or requested changes; failure to do so may affect the delivery timeframe.
- References are highly encouraged, such as preferred color palettes, poses, mood boards, and any other visual aids. Providing detailed references ensures accuracy and reduces misunderstandings.7. Restrictions
- I do not create artworks that include: explicit NSFW content, furry, plagiarism, or copies of other artists’ works.
